Pregnancy Rosacea

Hello Folks!
Anyone suffered/suffering from Rosacea?

I've got it all round my nose, chin and upper lip.

I can cover it with make-up, but i'd really rather treat it with something!

Any ideas? Don't want to go down the steriod cream route, as i've had enough steriods in my life time to knock out a herd of wild cattle!!!

There's a range of steroid-free products called Allergenics, not sure how effective it is for rosacea, and best to check with GP before using.

My friend has that all the time pregnancy or not.
Sadly the only thing I know she does is the creams.
Have you discussed things like diet etc with the GP? That might do something? Acupuncture? Chinese Herbs? Honestly don't know but I hope it clears up for you
