Pregnancy after previous second trimster loss due to premature labour/weak cervix?

I am 40, I dont have any children, have had 5 losses one of which was 2nd trimester loss due to premature labour or cervical incompetence? I have just stepped into early pregnancy. Is there anyone else there like me so we could hand hold each other..what are your management plans for this pregnancy eg antibiotics etc.
