Pregnacare??

Hi ladies, this may seem a very silly question but i have been taking pregnacare vitamin and minerals and was wondering when or if AF comes do i continue to take these or stop until AF goes away?
Any advice on this will be great!

I take them constantly - I think that's the right thing to do - they are just vitamins, nothing hormonal so I want to keep all the good stuff in my system.
