Post natal pevis pain

I had Finn 5 months ago (exactly ) yet whenever I walk any considerable distance my pelvis still aches like it did when I was pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this?

Me... doc said its still early days, just hoping he's right! Have u had any physio?

Me too - I doubt mine will ever go back to normal - I get a sharp pain right at the front of my lady bits.

I also walk like an old lady when I get up from sitting or lying for a while.

Me... doc said its still early days, just hoping he's right! Have u had any physio?

No I don't think it's that serious. I'm just wondering whether I've still got relaxin in my system from BF. I guess it took 9 months to get there, and so it'll take 9 months to get back to normal.

Yep thats what doc said to me, it could be due to hormones u have wen BF so i have my fingers crossed. Hope it goes for u soon
