As in you when you were little and cute! Do you think your babe will look like you or like your OH? I think our LO will have big eyes (blue like its Daddy I hope) probably pouty little mouth and biiiiggggg high cheeks! Also will probably be tinzy tiny like its mummy and daddy!

I was a cute baby even if I say so myself. I can't share a pic though, my Dad's house is being rented at the moment and I think they're in his attic!

Ok i am going to be a right cow. your pictures are cute both then and now, but due to recent event with a certain member and fake photos is it wise to post a thread of this nature at the moment?

Ignore me if you don't agree as i a said i am being a cow, i just think we might need to be more careful.

I did think about that first too, I'm only going to post pics that I know are everywhere already (hence not using a 'personal' shot for the second one!)

I'm not going to let is put me off too much...there has been internet fraud for soooo long and have always known to be careful, I won't let recent events stop me doing stuff, will just think a little more carefully first

Hey I was kind of expecting it so no worries. I just wasn't thinking when I posted and just thought it might cheer people up a bit to have a giggle at us looking all cute as babbys, I have so many things like facebook and myspace and other forums that if I have started putting pics up then I may as well carry on....mabey tempting fate.

it is a lovely idea to have this thread, i am just a little worried that you-know-who may be still lurking as a guest or even as another fake user and decide to 'borrow' some photos.

I was going to post mine but then I read Sandi's post and now I'm abit worried. I knew she was a fake, that's why I didn't talk to her (I did at first before I realised, I also said sorry when she said she lost her baby just incase I was wrong) but to be honest it was quite obvious to me because I'm very observant. The thing that first made me suspicious was that when she first joined she had a ticker with her son on and it was a black baby and then all of a sudden she had a pic of a white baby in her sig and her black baby ticker had gone. Also she posted a belly pic, it was only a body but it was a tall skinny girl, then the next thing I know she was posting more pics of 'herself' and she wasn't tall or skinny, so I searched for her skinny girl pic and it was gone. And the girl in her pics looked American, the clothes and even the bathroom and toiletries. Also there were no pics of her with her 'son'. I didnt report her just incase I was wrong, so I just ignored her. I didn't sleep on the night she posted the pic of that poor baby, I was still convinced she was a fake and I was quite disturbed. I was really hoping I was just being paranoid, I even told my OH about it, he kept telling me to report her. Next time I'm suspiscious I will go with my instinct and report it. I'm probably not susposed to talk about this am I?

Well don't roast me now but (1) if we let people like her stop us showing our children off whether in their bump form or born form then are we not allowing them to win. No matter what we do our children are going to be at risk from sickos whether that be people who want to pretend they are their mum when they're not or sick pedos. I don't think we should go to lenths as to not put any photos up and not show our children off, I just think we need to be very carefull and not put photos up of our children in baths, half naked or stuff like that. I think our bump photos and scan photos and photos of our newborns we should still be able to share with friends and family on the internet whether that be through email, photo sharing websites or forums. I think we should perhaps put a full photo of ourselfs up when it comes to showing our bump incase we need to proof someone is stealing our bump identities and perhaps with the scan photos make them uniquie somehow as well.

(2) If you ever get fed up with your OH can u send him to me please

If it helps Urchin has very kindly put in "off-topic" section how to watermark our pictures. It does a good deed for putting off internet pic thieves from taking our pics that are watermarked when there are others that would just as easily fit their fake needs...
