Hmmm I sometimes get a popping feeling down below now and then ... wondering if it's something serious or just normal? Hope it's not an infection!! :/ Got an appt made with docs in 3 weeks time so have to wait until then to see ...

You could try calling around 8am, my surgery keeps 'emergency' appointments back for every day xx
