Poorly Sick

ARRRRRRRRR!!!!

Its boiling out side & I'm stuck indoors with a blooming cold & Headache! …and its my day off!

Us pregnant ladies can't even take anything but natural remedies so we have to suffer until it blows over!

So far I've tried Tiger Balm on my pulse points, paracetamol and baby nose drops for my blocked nose... can anyone recommend anything else????

Ive got a cold aswell had it for a few dyas now its really annoying especialy in this hot weather.

I don't think there is anything else you can do than what youve already done hunny apart from stick it out, I wouldnt be that botherd about my cold if my throat didn't hurt so much

luce i dont know what to sugest for you but I do know that for Tasha a sore throat can be soothed by a cup of tea, no milk and honey in it.

Hope you feel better soon luce, this hot weather is no good for us preggie ladies.
