pooing-what age are they 'solid'?

sorry about the above question, but really need to know as I am very unwell but I am BF the LO and I dont know if she is getting enough nourishment or whether she is now at the age where she should be solid pooing, but that doesnt seem right to me as she is only haveing breastmilk, but she isnt very well either. she is 3 weeks old.

Tia turned 2 on monday and her poos have only just become really solid

I havent changed her bum today as I have been very unwell, but it was discribed to me as 'lumpy'.

I know she hasnt been very well with a cold (which we got her seen to just in case and she is also being checked tomorrow) but I didnt think her poo should have been solid or lumpy at that age and from what I have noticed, most of her poos have been runny, so when I was told she had a solid poo I was quite worried.
