Well I got assessed on Sunday becasue my score was hihg on the questionaire and I have been told that I have mild - moderate depression...... I have never had depression before and I am a little worried..

They have told me that is is likely to be reactive becasue of the traumatic birth they will ring me on Thursday to discuss my careplan. In the meantime I am gettin booking in for relaxation and baby massage which sounds really good.

Yes, I have just been diagnosed with it. Not that I really needed a doctor to tell me - I know I have it as I'm feeling BAD!

It's good to have someone else to talk to who is going through the same thing.

same here, i've been ignoring mine for 6months but been off work for two weeks after seeing a doctor and now i'm on medicine. just started them so am feeling queasy!! xx

Yes i have it, i also got a very high score on the thing and my doctor is sending out a letter to the mother and baby unit to refer me, if you want to chat just pm me hun.
