just popped ova from baby board to ask a question as im in a bit of a flap - i finished my period 2 days ago and have a regular 28 day cycle my partner and i had sex last night am i at risk of pregnancy ???? i know sperm can live in the body for several days does this put me at risk of pregnancey sorry to sound thick but im hoping u ladies cn advise me ?????

Well you are always at risk of getting preg if you have unprotected sex, but I would say it is unlikely you are as you are most fertile at 12-14days after your period.

Hi there, im assuming by your use of the term "at risk" that you dont want to be pregnant? If that is the case, you can pop to your surgery and ask for a morning after pill.

However if you have a regular 28 day cycle its likely that you are far enough away from ovulation to not worry, but its always best to be on the safe side as you should never assume you are safe if you dont want a pregnancy.
