Hey Mrsmkinny, really sorry that must be such a worry for you. If you are able to, I’d take another test later after at least a 4 hour hold if you can. One possibility is a chemical pregnancy, which results in positive tests followed by negative and then bleeding. I really hope this is not the case though xx
