Please help!!!

I am 19 weeks pregnant and I have been suffering from sever nausea and vomiting (lost 5kg in a month), headaches, chest pain that is so severe it makes me cry out in agony and pain in the left arm whilst having chest pains.
I have been in hospital for 4 days and they don't seem to know what is wrong with me. They have given me a chest x-ray and checked for blood clots in my legs. I have + protein and electrolytes in my urine. I am having a VQ scan tomorrow to rule out blood clots completely. But if it isn't a blood clot what could it be??

Sorry you are so sick. I have hg and been to hospital a few times. I recently was in A&e with severe chest pains and had and ECG, x rays blood tests etc done and they couldn't find the cause which is concerning. It went away and hasn't come back.
I don't know if this is a symptom of pregnancy but any type of chest pains should always be dealt with.
