Sorry to bother you 2nd tri girls but I'm freaking out.

Is it normal to have blood in your CM after sex? I also have some very mild cramp type pains.

Please help me I don't know what to do

i spotted with alice. It was really light. It started off streaky red, and then went brown (sorry TMI). It can be normal.


I would give your local Early pregnancy unit / local MW's / NHS direct a ring. See what they suggest. Or try and get to your GP tomorrow.

Hi I have had bleeding twice since pregnant and once after sex only small amount when wipe. I would visit your midwife and get to hear heartbeat to be reasurred. Dopplers are great to monitor throughout pregnancy. Try not to worry but that is a lot easier said than done.

I dont get bleeding after sex but I do get really bad stomach cramps! I checked with the MW and these are nothing to worry about. Id suggest investing in a doppler they are great!
