Please help - I need sleep!

Hi guys,

Not been around for a while - went back to work full-time so life been hectic! (part-time now )

Anyway, Jack is teething and also has a pretty bad cold - with a little chesty cough. I got hardly any sleep last night and yesterday and today he has been really whingy - its started to test my patience I'm ashamed to say
He is also fighting sleep. I was in tears last night.

We have been using calpol, medised and bonjela but its not really helping???
any advice PLEASE!!!!!

I'm dreading another night like last night!

when sophie was teething we got some stuff from holland and barret they came in a sachet and it was powder u just poured into their mouth its great!!!!!!

But hun i really really cant remeber what its called i will try and think and let u know asap....they worked really well

I would say try ashton powders (is this what your talking about sophie) We use them all the time at work all the parents keep bringing them in they are more popular than calpol.
