Hi ladies, I came off the pill end of January and haven't had any sort of bleeding. Anyone any experiences of coming off mini pill? X

I can't say I have , I was on the implant removed in June 30 days later af came but after that I got 43 days 38 days 32 days only the past two month I've gone to 34 days , but I found out I have mild pcos so I've been taking vitamins and vitex to regulate my periods as my ov was all over the place finally this month I've managed to track my ov so maybe your body is just founding ground if nothing happens in 2 months I'd Deffo go to the doctors about it xx

When I came off the combined pill I didn't get a period for around 3 months. I think they say it can take up to 6 months to get back into a regular cycle. I went to the docs just before my periods came back. Turned out I had high prolactin which was probably causing it but I had other symptoms as well. If you're not having any other issues I'd probably go if they're still not back after about 3 months just to put your mind at ease. Hope that helps.

I came off the mini pill, cerazette to be exact last April.
Took a couple of months and then my AF came at me with a vengeance. I was convinced I was pregnant for about two months, I was crying non stop then it showed up. They've only just got back into a regular cycle!!

Hope you get a regular cycle soon!

The last couple of days my boobs have been very tender and sore to touch, also tmi but discharge was clear and stringy today like egg yolk. Thinking that could be a sign of periods coming? I feel new to all this �� Lol x

I was on cerelle for 6 months after swapping from the combined pill. Came off the pill in october and didnt have any kind of bleeding until mid december, then nothing until start of february. Fingers crossed im back to the normal 28 day cycle now. Ive been tracking what my body is doing using opks. Found it really useful. Also found that taking evening primrose for the first 14 days of my cycle has helped bring on ovulation earlier this month, not sure whether its just coincidence though? Seems coming off the mini pill is just a waiting game. Not sure how people accidently fall pregnant whilst taking it because it seems to take forever for the body to adjust when people stop taking it. X

Sounds like your body is getting ready for ovulation if its clear and stretchy? Af usually shows 14 days later if you dont get pregnant x

Oh really. I have two kids already who are 9&6 and I feel like this is all new again. Well fingers crossed things go back to normal soon. X

Sounds like the discharge you're experiencing is actually ovulation! Do you use any apps to track Cervical fluid? I've found it so handy. It's my first time TTC so I'm pretty new to all this too!
