Just when i thought Id escaped them bang up it pops!

AND today was the first time I went out for a walk and it hurt lol!

Anyone know good remidies, I feel like an old woman...

I used to get them so I started eating bran flakes for breakfast and they got a lot better. Hope you dont suffer too badly hun

First of all.... I know your pain!!!

I can only suggest Anusol cream. I used that during my pregnancy when it was so bad I couldn't sit and it helped. They went in the last month and came back a couple of days after I had Aimee. I used Anusol again and they cleared up.

If things get so bad you have trouble going this might help. Its a bit TMI...

Hold a piece of tissue against the offending 'grape' while going, it reduces the pain and makes it so much easier

Anusol suppositories work better than the cream, its just a bit wierd using them the first couple of times because your bum kinda sucks them in

Oh the joys of motherhood... and to think I want to do this all over again soon

Thanks girls will go and get the pessarie type things... The cream is weird its hard to wash off your fingers too lol!
