Has is made a difference?

Has it worked for you?

Of course not lovely ☺️

From what I can gather it’s strengthening your core muscles. Getting oxygen to the womb so it’s a safer space for egg to implant and baby to grow. It improves the womb lining.

Also walking 30 mins each day helps too, get the circulation going in your body so you can support baby :)

I did a Pilates you tube video today. OMG I’m going to ache. But I’ve also found The yoga room on you tube which I’ll do this week too. 7 days for beginners.

hope it helps lovely xx

Thanks hun, I must admit with working from home I am a lot less active than I should be! Have wondered if that has a part to play in not conceiving. X

I normally walk to work which is 2 miles a day think it’s making a huge difference.

I was Furloughed 6 weeks ago and I hardly go out. Far too cold.

Got 2 more weeks left so thought I’d try this instead!

Also do Lucy Wyndham Read videos on you tube she’s fab xx

I had to drop the little one off at nursery so I could do a few hours work. We would usually order in but I feel like cooking at home might be a tad healthier and I picked up some nappies and salad/veg while in there as we didn’t need much this week x

I have been doing Pilates for many years, and I like it. I also did it during the first months of my pregnancy to avoid having back pain.
