can i get pictures that have been sent to me onto Photo bucket?

yep, just go to photobucket and (if you have registered) click "browse" then click on the file then hit submit.

it wont work i have been sent pics as an email from a friend n i want to show u guys on here but cant work out how ne ideas?

save the pics to a file on your computor then do as urchin described. hope it works x

right click them, select "save" and you can choose where to save them to on your PC. easiest place would be your "my pictures" folder.
then point photobucket to them and your away!
