(i managed to get it working) ive checked my account online and it said they took 10.80 out... but when i checked the littlewoods account statement thingy it said thig:

I emailed them yesterday to check and they said that they refund the £10 after you recieve the goods and are happy with them. Seems a bit odd though.

ahhh, but you are right, that does seem a bit odd.

I recon you have to fill in a questionaire type thingy over the phone.

The money got refunded into my bank today, and they took the 10% off again, so everything was cheaper again. Was a strange way of working but deffo a bargain in the end!!! Cheers Luce
