I was hoping for some advice or thoughts on Pre Implantation Genetic Screening.
I had my first round of ivf this which worked but sadly miscarried at 9 weeks.
The test showed the baby had chromosome abnormality of monosomy X which my consultant said is common in early miscariage.
I am 34 & I have four top grade 5 day blastocyst frozen, we are hopefully having a December transfer. My clinic have wrote to me to say they do offer PGS.
Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on PGS? My understanding is that it is usually done with a fresh IVF cycle, if it is possible to do on already frozen embryos would that not put them through too much trauma?
I do have an appointment next week with the clinic but would appreciate anyones thoughts.
