Period type pains

This frightened me earlier (Leanne!!!! ), I was sitting round my friend's house and was reminded fully why I dreaded one week of every month. It wasn't BH and I had honestly forgotten what period pains felt like until today. I went up to the loo and just sat there breathing through it, didn't dare tell my friend cos I think she'd have fainted lol. I've had 4 poos today and everything went racing through my mind lol. They stopped after about 10 minutes as quickly as they had started but omg it frightened the pants off me lol, I've had mild aches during the pregnancy but these were very similar to what I used to get every month (they were so bad a few years ago I ended up self medicating morphine every month).

I think I'll just relax for the next 24 hours lol. Don't think my nerves could take any more excitement this week lol xxxxxxxxx

Things really kick up a gear at the end of tri3 dont they? all sorts of cramps, pains and plug worries! the end is near!!! hope your ok ladies! xx

I've been getting them for about 2 weeks now. And they hurt, so god knows what it is going to feel like when it all kicks off.

OMG don't you start!!! God just cos I have the attention doesn't mean you have to copy!!!! lol. From what I have read false labour feels like:

bad menstrual cramps in lower back and pelvis
possible contractions but they are irregular in length and time between
can start to lose the mucus plug
but no losing of waters, show or dilation

Bloody glad I'm not doing real labour!!! And just a warning if you start with false labour it can be a run up and count down to the real thing. xx

Deffo on the menstrual back cramps but no really noticeable breaks in it iykwim and not had anything since thank God. It was just a bit of a shock cos I had honestly forgotten what it felt like when they hit hard

I know the last time I felt like that was the miscarriage before AJ which is why I was intially so scared. It is a real shock having that feeling back and I feel so sore with it. I even get that feeling that comes in your bits when you are due on if you know what I mean that achy feeling.

Yeah I've got that at the mo, sort of stabbing fat feeling it's horrible lol. I am expecting to get aches and pains now cos in just under 2 weeks he's fully cooked. Also not getting quite so much rib pain and my friend said today that my bump was getting lower. I'm hoping my baby takes after me and is a good punctual boy lol

Deffo got the mestural cramp and lower back pains! With a bit of luck we wont be waiting too long to meet our LO's!!
