period pain

does anyone get all their period pain in their back. i went on the pill at 15 to stop period pains but cant take it anymore because of having bells palsy during pregnacy. does anyone know how i can ease the pain im in agony just about to get in the bath to see if that helps but obviously cant stay in there all day. please help xx

I have a friend who suffers badly and she has strong painkillers prescribed by doctors, I think its worth a trip to GP. Hope the bath helps xxx
