Anyone familiar with this?
My baby is 33 weeks and breech. The kicking is pretty sore and my pelvis right now is really sore and im sure im getting period like pains especially when I sit down and walk.
Could my bladder just be full or could it be something else.
Its so uncomfy, especially at night and I dont remember this from last time round.
ANyone?

I had them mate but for me it was a different story, they would pregress into contractions after a couple of hours BUT I have a weak cervix.
Keep an eye on it sweetie, you know the signs for contrations or if something doesn't seem right, but I'm sure it's fine xx

Hi Hayley
I had this,my DD was breech at 35 weeks (she eventually turned ok) and these pains are normal for this or any pregnancy over 30 weeks. I suffered though with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction so the pains were realted to that, the tell tale sign with this is,when you stand it is agony, and you feel like rocking all the time but of course it hurts. I dont want to alarm you though so dont think i was,all I will say is if the pains really hurt and are really bad just ring your midwife and have a chat to put your mind at rest.
Take care
Bex

thanks for your replies, its all pretty normal then. I was just worried that because baby is breech that if contractions started then they would be different. Dont know why I thought that, im just a born worrier.

My first contractions with jess were so not what i expected, they were just pains really far down that started to get regular. They seemed too far down, the way the midwifes spoke it was as if I should be expecting my whole tummy to go solid and be sore but it wasnt like that. AT FIRST......

i got them myself for a while and thought i was going to be early, but no joy, im still carrying LO and they have worn off completely now. looks like i have a lazy baby that doesnt want to come out lol :bored:
