Pelvic pain

Im new to this site, so hello everyone

I am 23 weeks now and havent found out the sex, I already have a little girl who is 6. so it is all very exciting doing it all again. But the last few days I have had terrible pain when walking, it is worse when climbing stairs etc, it is sort of in my groin area, I think it could be my pelvis but not sure, has anyone else had this or know what it could be? I didnt have it in my first pregnancy!!

Perhaps you have PGP it might be worth mentioning to your midwife as they will get you a referral to the physio. I have an unstable pelvis which is the same sort of thing, the physio gave me a hip strap to wear which helps with the pain a bit

Could it not be SPD? I was just reading about someone here just getting diagnosed! My aunt had it and she told me it was very painful!

Defo sounds like SPD. I had it in a mild form with my first and am starting to get mild pain/discomfort again.

Make sure you mention it to your midwife.
