Im wondering if anyone could help me and my boyfriend are looking to start a family however when I was 18 I was diagnosed with PCOS when I had a blighted ovum pregnancy. I don’t get periods at all and am worried terribly for my fertility. can I still get pregnant if I don’t have periods or am I completely infertile

I think you need to go to the doctors (when you eventually can) to discuss everything as they will help you best.

I know there’s a midwife who use to come on here who had a procedure to do with PCOS and she fell pregnant afterwards.

Sorry I’m not better help, maybe just start taking prenatal vitamins now to get your body ready and do some research on your condition and what can be done to help fertility
