pains

since about 12 o clock i have been geting mild period like pains in my lower stomache all across every 1/2 hour to an hour not lasting very long 1min approx i had a sweep yesterday does this sound familier to anyone, i really hope this is the start, i havent had a show as far as i know dooes this matter, i might keep tracking it for a few more hours and then contact midwife to see what they say.

my friend said the best way to tell is go for a walk, if exercise relieves the pain, prob false alarm but if it persists could well be the real thing!

i dont want to put a downer on things but ive had this for about 2 weeks
it could be the start of things

I agree, go for a walk and see if you still have them
i think with me its the fact that i cant kick start into labour

I had this the day after my sweep with dd~1.

I remember if i kept busy (I did a load of ironing/cleaning) they kept coming, if i sat down they stopped. I gave birth about 16 hours after my first twinge
