Pains in my boobs

I keep getting pains in my boobs close to feeding time. And they've been leaking a fair bit too.

I don't have lumps or anything just this sharp pain every now and again.

Any ideas?

Nips aren't cracked or anything like that either.

I hope I haven't overstimulated them by pumping and they are too full or something

Those pains are normal I get them I think it's Your body producing the milk and sorting supply out, it's like a tingly throb (can be a little painful) all over but doesn't last long x
