Please say there is something I can do? It literally feels like baby Is trying to burrow it's way out. I'm constantly clenching my fists, curling my does and breathing through the horrible/uncomfortable pains down there. I have an office job and am jumping out my chair all day grimacing!! Holy crap! I'm so sure I didn't have this last time. Is there anything I can do? I really can't bare this for another 5 weeks!!

I do believe these are the sensations of hands pushing against your cervix opening. I had a consultant midwife appointment and I asked similar things and she said it's hard to tell without a camera but it's likely to be the feeling of hands as they have quite a lot of strength and can pin point more nerves rather than body limbs iykwim. I had this 2 days ago and I felt really quite panicky! - he felt really low down - literally on my cervix and every time he moved I was taking a sharp intake of breath or having to move. I'm only 27+5 so was worrying that it wasn't normal - fortunately he moved from whatever nerve he was playing with and now I'm back to comfortable movements (with occasional jab to ribs) I reckon he was just 'checking his way out for future reference' haha! You are further on than me so I guess your baby is spending a lot more time in that lower position xxx
