Pain in legs at night in bed :(

Hello

I'm having awful pain in my legs during the night when i move them. It's like a shooting pain that runs all the way up my leg and i feel like if i move it it hurts more

Anyone know what it could be???

Sorry you're getting this hun, sounds v. painful
Do you have any back problems? I've got SI joint problems which causes shooting pains sometimes but I'd ask your midwife if I were you. Sorry I'm not much help but didn't want you to think nobody was listening to you xxx

Could they come from your pelvis at all? Maybe you should visit your GP? xx

When you next get it point your toes up to your head & see if it goes. Works for me instantly! I agree it is very painful!! Xx

I keep getting cramp in my calf muscles. When I stretch out in my sleep my calf cramps up when I pull my leg back again. I have to get out of bed and put my foot to the floor and then it goes away.

It bloody hurts though! I think I worry my OH cuz I leap (as much as a preggers lady can leap!lol!) Out of bed hissing and swearing under my breath!

Maybe mention it to your gp/midwife though. Better to be safe than sorry.
