Ovulating?

I have started to have a dull aching pain in my left ovary but only came off the pill a week ago could i be ovulating?

not sure, you should buy some ovulation tests to check thats the only way to confirm it for sure I think

it stands for egg white creamy mucus I think. you can look it up on the internet for pictures , warning though it's disgusting lol , you get this around ovulation time

Egg white cervical mucus, so mucus that has the consistency of egg white.. lovely! The pain could very well be that. Fx for you x

In my experience aching is a precursor to ovulation. If people can get pregnant by missing one pill then I imagine you can ovulate after stopping the pill for a week.

Sounds like ovulation. I get mild cramps just before or during ovulation too. Look out for the ewcm...this means your fertile x
