Hi all

I usually have really long cycles (up to 56 days) so took soy this cycle for the first time to see if it would help.

My OPK progression is below. I also did a CB Digi at the same time as today's test (the dual hormone one) and that was negative so I think maybe the OPK's aren't quite positive but almost there (unless the Digi is just not sensitive enough for me as got negative on that last month too and then AF came 12 days later!)

What do you think?

Thanks hun. Yipee!! This mornings tests (not FMU).

This is the first time I've used Soy and the earliest I've EVER ovulated!

That is for sharing this, finally had my first post pill AF so going to use OPKs for this cycle to see if ovulating, got the cheap ones and clear blue smiley face to use when think it might be positive.

Going to try to bed every other day from today CD6 as no idea when going to obviate with irregular cycles.

Fingers crossed for you xx

Thanks hun :) I took soya isoflavones this cycle as my cycles have always been realllly long and I'm surprised how well it's worked! I started testing on CD1 just because I'm addicted to peeing on sticks :poas:

Plus I like to see the progression :)

We're not actively trying this month as I've just had a colposcopy and biopsies taken from my cervix so no sex for another 2-4 weeks but so glad I've managed to sort out my cycles! :)

Good luck!
