Thankyou everybody! 
Today I feel a little better as I know he is in a better place now and happy! OH isnt though! Hes feeling guilty now and questioning whether it was the right thing to do! He knows it was! Its just too hard for him at the min!

Oh Im so sorry you lost your boy and Im crying as I write (lots my 15 month old collie 9 months ago but am still in pieces now, I know how much it hurts).
