Ouchy Rib Pain :(

Is anyone else getting rib pain when they are lying on their side? i dont think its feet as i dont feel kicks high up x x

I am having some rib pain in my ribs right side, it feels like feet but when I had my last scan they said her head was there as she was sort of transverse oblique - basically all over the show!! I can feel she is getting big now, she just seems to be everywhere! Hopefully she start going head down soon. Maybe it is her head, shes prob got in a funny position and it's causing discomfort, she'll probably shift in a few days x

The bottom "corner" of my rib started hurting in the first trimester, was really bad for some time, then stopped in the second trimester, and now it hurts again occasionally. Very annoying!

I had a massive kick in the ribs tonight, the sorest one yet, totally caught me off gaurd, naughty baby!

I have been getting rib pains for past 2 days. I swear she is trying to break them with her feet or bum as I get a really hard smooth lump like her bum pressing outwards on my belly just under them. I give her a gentle press and she moves position and the pain eases for a while.

Are you sure its not movements or baby lying a funny way?

I've been getting alot of kicks and movement right under my ribs, its quite painful esp when baby pushes up against ribs.

Rib pain is just the worst. I think I have bad posture, so I'm always slouched forward... Then my whole bump pushes on my ribs, so then when I lay stretched out my ribs feel like they're swollen and bruised! Doesn't help that naughty LO is breech so his head is constantly wedged in my ribs! That's one thing I'm looking forward to after he's born. Being able to breathe because my ribs have space!

It did ease later on last night but i still feel more comfortable sleeping on my right side, cant wait till little missy is here and i can sleep on my back again x x

my LO likes to kick me in the right side of my ribs really high up, im sure its his feet as i can feel little bumps lol x x my bump also seems to be long and not showing much opposed to round and ball like x x

I know how you feel M2A.... Have been getting rib pain for the last month or two... Feels like they are being expanded and they are going to rip out of my skin soon... My little man loves sitting really high up and now has been kicking my ribs which makes the pain even worse....

Lying down use to help but even that is not working now.... Still 10 weeks of this left.
