I've had this horrible lurgey/ flu thing that the world and his wife has since xmas eve and am feeling very sorry for myself

I've been to the docs and went to the pharmacy yesterday but they say 'just take paracetomol'.

I hate taking them for so long (last 10days ish) with my delicate little babba inside me but there's no way I'd survive the day looking after Evie without them at the moment. My sinus' are the worst - they are so painful like someone has smacked me in the eyes. Anyone got any miracle cures for relieving sinus pain that doesn't involve loading more drugs into my body?

Dont feel too bad taking things while pregnant i had to when i had the same otherwise i could not get through day or night

Not sure this will help much but you could try Sterimar, its a salt water nasal spray that you can buy from most pharmacies and as its only salt water its safe throughout your pregnancy and is completely drug free so your baby wont be getting anything nasty! It wont get rid of it completely but it might help ease it a bit. Also try steaming with a karvol capsule or olbas oil, that really helped me when I was blocked up and had sinus pain before Christmas. Hope you feel better soon
