just walked the 5 minute journey (it now takes about 15 minutes ) up the shop and it felt like someone was poking me in the fanny with a knife.

The checkout woman in Asda asked me if I was OK I was dying to say ''No i'm not OK it feels like i'm being poked up my fanny with a sharp stick''

aww your describing somethings i get regularly these days
its a weired uncomfortable sensations and you described it well it is like a knife going though you

the kids at work are now so used to me going ohhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh
when it happens they don't even react in suprise i do get lots of is collier being a monkey agian!!!! they come up and talk to my bump and say stop hurting your mummy
