This sound so crazy and funny at the same time ....but just to have an idea
Are you buying your urine pots online? If yes, which you suggest to not spend a fortune? Oh, this bring me to another question: are you using a different one every time?

I wouldn't bother wasting your money - any pot will do, unless someone a bit more clued up than me advises differently....

Mine is currently our little Baileys glass  oh how i will laugh when someone uses it  (of course i will absolutely blitz it, or even throw it)

I haven't read anywhere, and i have read alot lately, about using a particular pot - i might be wrong, but i cant imagine it would make much difference, just as long as its clean.

Disposable plastic pint glasses - really really cheap.

I find it hard to wee into anything small so I go in a mixing bowl... Note it was brand new only been used for this purpose haven't made any cakes with it lol I then transfer the wee into a plastic cup as I find the test strip dips better into it.

Whatever you use as long as you rinse it out after should be fine.

I mostly used to use whatever was near me at the time...! Often the lid of cotton buds tub! I used to rinse and hide from dh haha. I realise now this is gross but when you’re peeing on a million sticks you kind of lose the will! Also used disposable cups from the pound shop x

I use the cap of a hair spray bottle and wash it out every time. If I use any kitchen like tub my oh will end up using it LMAO so I use that and it stays on the bag with my opks

My rice cooker came with a plastic measuring cup... I use that  It stays in the bathroom now.

:rotfl::rotfl:Thank you girls! Also I can't no smile reading those messages.....I was too "professional" thinking to buy a sterile pot (I am a Senior Medication Administrator in a Care Home)

Haha I’m loving all these what we’re resorting to peeing into! I use a little milk power cup that came with the steriliser when I had my DD, when testing for her I brought 2 little Tupperware tubs.

I buy disposable polystyrene drinking cups, about 70p for 10 :)
I keep them stacked in the bathroom cabinet.

I think you only need a sterile pot when you are putting things into your body... If you ever need any for anything else I found a good souce on ebay (we do AI).

;-)I will buy a box/bag for all the items I need to wee

For peeing into I have a little plastic pot that used to have a screw on lid (for small bits in a lunch box). I wash it thoroughly every time. My other half however has sterile pots to deposit his "sample" into for me, that would just be nasty otherwise!

Can I be "rude" and ask you why he needs to give you a "sample"?:blush:
