Opk - weird cycle

Bit of background, have a 10m old, been off Pill since nov and using condoms & just trackibg cycles atm. Ttc fron next cycle to try for a spring 2015 baby.

Anyway cycles have gone as follows; 27days, 40days & 40days!
In currently in cd49! Did a hpt yesterday which said 'not pregnant' but got that strong line on a opk!? Coukd i be ovulating cd 48/49!?

Going to the drs thurs anyway to discuss long cycles.

But we dtd without condom cd48 (4th may) as i didnt expect to be oving this late. Doesnt matter if i was to magically catch! We want baba no2 anyway. Just find it odd that my last AF was 19yh march!

I've heard that once you get a +opk in a cycle your to stop testing as it's changes all the time. I've also heard as well that a +opk near due date for af can mean you may get a +hpt
If you did a digi they are normally around the 50mul but if you get a frer they detect hcg a lot sooner x

Thanks hun, but this is the 1st poss opk ive had all cycle.
I dont no when im due on as ive had really long cycles and im normally 28-32 and currently 49!
So will see what dr suggests thurs xx
