OPK Question

I have a question on OPK's.....

I've only just started using these and I've been using the Clearblue ones. Yesterday I had 2 definate lines when I tested in the morning and then again in the evening before having that night (I tested as I was having twinges on my right side) It's lucky I did aswell, as I would have missed my time, as was expecting it this weekend/next week!! I have tested again about half an hour ago and the line is now feint.

Do the definite/dark lines mean you are actually ovulating or are about to???

Ps - We also had BD on Sunday morning cd 8 (25-28 day cycles) Which at the time I didn't think would be in my fertile time. But prehaps it could have been.... fx

Hiya, the defubate dark.lines indicate you are having your surge of hormones that make you ovulate so ovulation is due to occur shortly afterwards xx

Thanks DaisyPurple, that would make sense as my diary says that I should be ovulating on Friday. So now that the line has gone feint, I could be ovulating from now... I've also had a bad back and a small bit of cramping this afternoon (almost AF like) It seems to have died down a now but is this usually a sign too, does anyone know? I think I will test again when I get home and make time for some more BD tonight or tomorrow just to make sure.... ;0)

The cramping you are experiencing sounds just like ovulation.pains, so I'd say that's what it is, once the egg has been.released its best to BD ASAP as the egg doesn't last that long if not fertilized hun, best get to it as soon as you can.xx
