OOOPPPSSS i think i have learnt the hard way

Well i think i have learnt the hard way this weekend. I went off to a young farmers party, (I now an old young farmer may i add). Popped on an old pair of high heal boots as it was in a barn. Had a great night and dance away until home time, bbbuuuuttt, i haven't been able to move for two days now, as my back is so sore, from wearing such high heals. OOPPPSSSS and thought i would warn you all just to be careful.

Well thank you for the warning, next time I'm in a barn, in high heals, with lots of young farmers, I will be sure to take your advice and make a hasty retreat to the Saloon instead
