One year on

Just wanted to acknowledge somewhere that yesterday marked a year since my miscarriage and just say how I feel. My husband hadn't remembered which i'm not angry at him for as he's only a man after all! No one else had really but I guess its not the sort of thing people note in their diaries.

Very grateful and thankful that i'm pregnant again and my due date is actually this week, but nevertheless still sad for my very first pregnancy that ended in as it did, but I will never forget that little baby.

No real point to this, like i said, just wanted to acknowledge it somewhere with ladies that would understand! xx

As much as we'd like other people to remember when our world have been turned upside down, unfortunately that's just not the case. Especially now that you have another baby nearly here, everyone is probably focussing on the happiness of the here and now and sometimes we have to do that to heal and carry on.
just think your baby will be born with a big brother ir sister watching out for them somewhere xx

Hi Candy. I remember you from this forum from last year. I too lost my baby last year (well, on 7/12/13) at 7 weeks pregnant. Like you, I too got pregnant not long after, and I now have my little baby sleeping peacefully in his basket at the bottom of my bed, but I shall never forget how heartbreaking that loss was. X
