Oooh Mel that must be worrying but the reflexology may work for you. What about TENS machine; can you get those over there?

I had Hyperemesis and I was fine with it. Was a little sick after sucking on it for 2 or 3 (maybe more) hours straight, but at that point in time I couldn't of given two hoots! If I hadn't of had it, I would of had an epidural at 3cm, breathing through did nothing for me! Maybe that's coz my waters broke at 2-3cm though?
Try reflexology and tens (if you can get it?). Hungary is strange! Walking did nothing for me either, but my labour was so fast that could be why I sound such a wimp and wouldn't give birth without my Entonox!
