i started SW last november, did very well lost over a stone in a month. then crimbo came up and i went off track now im sooooo unhappy with being so overweight that im going back to SW on tuesday and want to stick at it this time
my aims to doi this are
to live a healthy long life,
to loose enough weight to become preggo with numbr 2 BUT only at a healthy weight
to feel more confident about my self
to do this for christopher
but i need some motivation as i end up eating so much crap by mid week then end upo gaining so i stop going to SW
pleaseeeeee help me do this ladies
