i started SW last november, did very well lost over a stone in a month. then crimbo came up and i went off track :cry: now im sooooo unhappy with being so overweight that im going back to SW on tuesday and want to stick at it this time :pray: :pray: :pray:

my aims to doi this are

to live a healthy long life,

to loose enough weight to become preggo with numbr 2 BUT only at a healthy weight

to feel more confident about my self

to do this for christopher

but i need some motivation as i end up eating so much crap by mid week then end upo gaining so i stop going to SW

pleaseeeeee help me do this ladies :hug: :hug: :hug:

I am also at SW.
Once you get into its fab but after my m/c in march I have sort of gone off the rails :wall:
I had lost nearly 3 stone but now sadly 1.5 stones :cry:

Maybe we should try to be there for each other I have found this site so useful everyone is fab......

I am doing the womens 5k challenge in Sept. Hoping it will give me something else to focus on!!!!!! :pray:

Have so much to loose but going to do it half a stone at a time :moon:
