So, not only do I have a developmentally frustrated 4 month old on my hands ("I want to walk!" "I want to dance!" "I want entertaining 24/7!" "I have a piercing screech that I WILL use if I cannot do all of these things. At once!"), he's also developed boob bashing.
I am nipped, tugged, squeezed and bashed throughout feeds. I dare not wear even the highest of low-cut tops (if you see what I mean) as I look like I've been in a bondage session.
Add to that the joy of the cold and flu we've both had, so we're BOTH frustrated about staying in the house) and the fact that he was up most of last night crying and snorting and coughing, after leading me into a false sense of security by sleeping 10pm-6:30am the night before -for the first time ever! - I'm starting to wish someone would offer me a break, even for a couple of hours. For sleep, or to soothe my aching bruises.
Whingewhingewhinge.
