Yeh, but it has already passed through at a cat 3 in galveston... Houston got a low cat 2.

Tried calling but all the cell networks must be crashed

I spoke to them last night and they had just came off the phone from the police dept in their area. About 10 houses in their area have lost their roofs, and the flooding only went into the gardens.... so if they still have a house, they will be fine. They are not allowed back until at least Monday and even then there will be no electricity.
