Start my NCT antinatal classes tonight, OH was really looking forward to it, this morning his boss called and said he urgently needs to fly to Zurich for the next two days.

he is very upset, and i can't say i am looking forward to it now either.

Oh well, chin up.

Awww that's a shame. The same thing happened to me-Oh had to work late and lock up so I had to go on my own. I nearly didn't go but I was glad I did in the end.

My James was only at the first one as he had to work the other 3 would have been brilliant if he had been there but im glad i went to the classes as i learnt alot and enjoyed them
so id still go hun

it was great, none of us knew each other, but that was all OK.

Cos of the forum i knew most of the answers to any questions she asked (teacher's pet).

they were all really friendly, but could have done without the drawings of how squashed thigns are inside me now and how much more they will get.

Only problem was during the break the instructer put 3 packets of biscuits into a container, passed it round for everyone no worries, then put the container on the floor! 8 pregnant woman, can't bend down and we were all standing over it wondering how on earth they are supposed to have their seconds biscuit! thank goodness for birth partners who can still bend at the middle.

Biscuits on the floor in a room full of pregnant women? I had a vision of all these pregnant women doing a rugby style tackle to get to the biccies!

Glad it went well! I start my parentcraft classes in June, my OH won't be able to make it due to his work despite being made redundant, he still has 3 months left!
