I was just away to type into my little Google search box in the corner of my screen "best way to clean suade", but I only got as far as "best way to" and the 2nd suggestion to come up in the list was "best way to commit suicide"

Surely google should change that and take that out of suggestions!!

Jesus thats the christmas spririt eh, god ! Then again you wouldnt have got far wtih your orignal search either... suede lol

That really is terrible. It is possible that it is linked to popular searches, especially at this time of year. I am speaking from experience. My younger brother committed suicide nearly 6 yrs ago now. (18th December) He was only 24yrs old.

As much as i love christmas, it is always tinged with a sad memory :(

im so sorry , i cant tell you how sad that makes me feel, a friend of mine lost both her teenaage sons this way and it breaks my heart

It is horrible isnt it.

We were such a close family and my mum lived in the end row of 3 houses, I lived in the middle and my granny & grandad lived the other side of me. My brother had been living with his girlfriend for 5 yrs when he split up with her because he was gay and couldnt take living a lie anymore. He moved back to mums and that christmas, he sent his ex a christmas card, to try and explain and say sorry for hurting her. She sent it back unopened writing "sender unknown" on the envelope. (he had written his name and address on the back of the envelope) A few days later he went missing and it was 2 days after that before police divers recovered his body from the frozen loch on the estate where we lived.

Sorry, i didnt mean to start pouring my heart out, but this time of year gets so hard, when i think of how things could have been. He was so young and felt that society wouldnt accept him. He said he didnt want to be gay, but knew he was. My little boy was nearly 1 when this happened and my other younger brother had just become a dad again, the day before my bro went missing.... I always wonder if us, settling down and having kids made things worse for him

A+E see far more suicides at this time of year. Glad i'm on mat leave!

Just a fascinating fact I learned during my nursing training - Inverness is the suicide central of Britain - mostly young men under 25. It's not just people who live there though, people travel from all over to do it.

On that happy note.........
