I though breast milk poo was bad. Formula poo is horrendous!

Two days in a row Joshua has required complete outfit change. Please tell me this is just due to the change over?

yeah, mustard paste, yucky. i was just glad that she pooped tho cos before i gave Alyssa formula she hadnt pooed in days and was dehydrated with urates in every nappy. keep an eye out for milk rash too, Alyssa has just got over hers, its due to the change in milk and can take a couple of weeks to go. its just a slightly red spotty / scaly rash and dosent bother them, was only on Alyssas face and it never bothered her but looked horrid lol
