Off to the gym

To get my new 'pregnancy' programme and am not lookin forward to it 1 bit. My instructor had me on a high intensity workout for weightlosd that I haven't bothered doin 4 the last month,i've concentrated on swimmin more,and been goin to aquafit. I'm kinda expectin him to tell me off for not goin enough, feel like a naughty schoolkid lol x
 
not really into excercise myself lol but hope u have fun!
 
Emmamb you are good I was on the weight watchers diet beofre I found out, and then when I found out I was like woohoo no more diet for me :)

although I would quite like to do some exercise not really sure what I can do ?
 
I was on slimming world but kinda chucked that out the window,just wanna keep my fitness up,I'm not losin weight at the moment but notice gains as soon as I have a few days without exercise. I'm gonna b doin more swimming than anything else,maybe u should try that,or a water aerobics class? Gentle but effective exercise xx
 
I am sure your instructor will understand. I hope it goes well.
 
i want to be doing extra fitness but being hindered at mo with bad back,go out walking every day and trying to increase milage (physio said not to overdo it though!!) so am trying to be a good girl!!! hehe xx
 
Good luck for your new programme and facing the instructor, if a bloke, he won't know how tired you get in tri 1 anyway, and should understand. I have nto been on my tredmill for nearly 2 weeks now, as i was spotting, just incase. You feel so unfit and nottice the difference don't you when you have not been doing it.
