I moved into my current home on 22/02 and the electricity was being supplied by npower but I had switched supplied to southern electric . Npower would supply my electrics until the 28/02 while the switch over was being completed ,
I knew I would need to pay npower some money from the period of 22/02 until 28/02 .
Well I just got the till in today with the above dates showing a payment of 22.76 which is fine . But then at the bottem is started an additional 14 Is owing from the last bill and they have added this on to the total cost .
The additional 14 is from before the 22/02 and I hadn't even moved in or signed the tendency . Should I be expected to pay this as I thought the the previous tenants would need to x
