I emailed them and was given confirmation that this particular breed of dog is not on their dangerous dogs list and though they can't comment on individual cases they did say that they wouldn't remove a dog unless complaints had been lodged and the dog was suspected to be dangerous, regardless of whether that breed is on the dangerous dog list or not x
